'Attente' Chambave Muscat Vallée d'Aoste DOC La Crotta di Vegneron 2020

The Chambave Muscat Attente Vallée d'Aoste DOC from the La Crotta di Vegneron winery is a 100% dry white Muscat single-variety white wine produced with grapes from vineyards located around the villages of Chambave, Chatillon and Saint Denis, at an altitude between 480 and 600 meters with significant temperature ranges. The winery is a cooperative and its small vineyards, facing south, are cultivated exclusively by the members. The grapes are harvested manually, also due to the slope of the morainic terrain on which the rows are arranged. The vinification follows the traditional method and is carried out after a very scrupulous selection of the harvested grapes. The qualities and aromas of the wine are enhanced by an aging period of about 5 months which is carried out in steel containers on the fine lees. A wine of great expressiveness, the Chambave Muscat Attente Vallée d'Aoste DOC can be enjoyed immediately with great pleasure!
