Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
B 13 Champagne AOC Blanc de Noirs is produced by the prestigious French maison Bollinger , a historic reality located in Ay. This champagne is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes only, in line with the Blanc de Noirs style, very common in this area. The plots are located at the foot of the Reims massif, where the vines find optimal conditions to grow luxuriantly. At the end of a rigorous work between the rows, the harvest is foreseen with manual selection of the bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and subjected to alcoholic fermentation. In line with the Champenoise Method, the wine ages on the lees during the second fermentation in the bottle, which lasts for about five years. After disgorgement, a small percentage of liquer d'expédition is added. Although it is excellent immediately, B 13 Champagne AOC Blanc de Noirs boasts the potential to develop intriguing nuances, if well stored, up to 5-6 years.
