Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore is an elegant red wine from the range of Giacomo Brezza , one of the most popular wineries in the Langhe. It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Barbera grapes, cultivated with the Guyot system on soils with a good clayey-calcareous composition. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 meters and enjoy ideal conditions for optimal ripening of the grapes, thanks to a favorable microclimate. In the vineyard, practices follow the rules of organic farming, which limits human intervention. After the harvest and the pressing of the grapes, the must is left to ferment spontaneously on the indigenous yeasts, with a permanence of about ten days on the skins. The wine remains at a controlled temperature until the subsequent malolactic fermentation. The aging process continues inside large Slavonian oak barrels. The result is an intense wine, characterized by an important structure. Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore has the potential to evolve in the cellar, where it can remain for up to five years.
