It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barolo DOCG is a refined red wine, produced by Borgogno , a winery that has become synonymous with the great long-lived reds, made according to the typical style of the Langhe. It is a legendary product, chosen as far back as 1861 to celebrate the unification of Italy in style. The Nebbiolo grapes used to produce this wine come from five different crus (Fossati, Liste, San Pietro delle Viole, Cannubi and Cannubi San Lorenzo) and reach excellent quality levels. Following careful work in the vineyard, the harvest is inspired by the same care and provides for a manual selection of the best bunches. The vinification takes place in the traditional way in large steel tanks, and then continues with a rest period of about four years in large oak barrels. In terms of aging potential, Barolo DOCG is certainly no exception to the company's range and can rest for a long time in the cellar.
