It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barolo DOCG Bussia is a red wine with an important structure, produced by the Parusso winery. It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native Nebbiolo variety, which are grown exclusively on the vineyards that give the label its name. The south-facing plots are located approximately 300 meters above sea level. Here the vines, which can reach sixty years of age, benefit enormously from the microclimate, as well as from the marly and silty substrate. Once fully ripe, the harvest takes place with a rigorous manual selection. In the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation involves the use of only indigenous yeasts and meticulous temperature control. The refinement phase follows, which lasts two years and involves the use of fine oak barriques. Excellent right from the start, Barolo DOCG Bussia boasts a remarkable potential for evolution, if stored with care, of over 10/15 years.
