Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
Barolo DOCG Riserva is an elegant and full-bodied red wine, made by the Piedmontese winery Costa di Bussia . This label is the result of the pure vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, the most representative local variety of this renowned denomination. The bunches come exclusively from the Bricco vineyard, skilfully managed by the company, with a view to protecting environmental sustainability. The plots enjoy a particularly favorable microclimate for the luxuriant growth of the vines up to the harvest with manual selection of the bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks is followed by traditional refinement. The wine rests at least three years in large Slavonian oak barrels, to then seal the scents in glass after bottling. Perfect right from the start, Barolo DOCG Riserva is a red capable of giving enormous satisfaction after further evolution that exceeds 9-10 years.
