Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Ballon
Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Barolo Campè DOCG is produced at the La Spinetta winery located in the Langhe wine district. The family-run company was born in the early 60s and with humility, dedication and respect still today represents one of the most expressive realities in the area. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines which find their maximum expression in this area of alluvial origin, characterized by a mantle rich in clay and limestone. The maceration and alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 16 days, followed by the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it also proceeds with the refinement lasting 20 months. Finally, bottling takes place. Barolo Campè DOCG is a well-structured and elegant red wine, ready to drink today, but which can evolve in the cellar for many years, if well preserved.
