Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Barolo DOCG Cannubi is the prestigious and best-known red of the Borgogno winery , one of the most famous historic companies in the Langhe. It is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the hillside vineyards of the prestigious Cannubi Cru, which are harvested in the first ten days of October. The vines are located, facing south, on calcareous, clayey and slightly sandy soils. Fermentation takes place naturally, therefore without the aid of selected yeasts, at a controlled temperature in glass-cement tanks. It then spends four years in oak barrels for aging and finally another six in the bottle to complete all its aromas. Cannubi Barolo DOCG is full-bodied, rightly tannic and ready to drink, however, given its important qualities, it can rest in the cellar for over ten years; during this time its rich aromatic bouquet has evolved to the top.
