It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Barolo DOCG Cannubi is a great red that comes from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the prestigious Cannubi vineyard of the Chiara Boschis - E. Pira & Figli winery. The vines enjoy perfect exposure to the sun and a rich subsoil. They grow on soils of Tortonian and Helvetian origin, mainly composed of sandy sediments which allow for a harmonious red. After the harvesting and pressing operations, carried out in a precise and accurate way, the wine follows a careful production disciplinary. First of all, the grapes ferment in steel containers, once the must is obtained, the aging phase continues, which includes at least 24 months in barrique and then another 12 in the bottle. At the end of this long refinement, Barolo DOCG Cannubi is ready to be drunk, however it has considerable longevity, for this reason it can rest for several more years in the cellar to further develop its aromas.
