Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Barolo DOCG , a label from the Giacomo Brezza winery range, is a fine red wine, which represents an expression of the most elegant notes of the noble vine of the area, Nebbiolo. The grapes of this autochthonous variety are grown in the areas between Barolo, Monforte d'Alba and Novello. On these unique lands, three hundred meters above sea level, there are vineyards, whose roots benefit from the clay, silt and sand composition of the substrate. Following a harvest with manual selection of the best bunches, the vinification is inspired by the best dictates of the Piedmontese tradition. First, maceration and alcoholic fermentation are carried out in steel tanks for about eight days. The refinement lasts for two years and takes place in second or third passage Slavonian oak barrels. Since it is a label for special occasions, Barolo DOCG is a wine that should be opened at the right moment, preferably after at least five years in the cellar.
