Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Mariondino Barolo DOCG is a wine that originates in the Parusso cellar of Monforte d'Alba. It is a very old company that bases its production philosophy on respect for the environment and the valorisation of the territory. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines, grown on soils of marly and sandstone origin exposed to the West at about 300 meters above sea level. During all the working phases, interventions are reduced to a minimum and chemical fertilizers are forbidden. After the manual harvest and the selection of the best bunches, we proceed with the pressing and maceration on the skins. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels for 18 months. The refinement takes place in barriques for 24 months and before being put on the market a further period of rest in glass is necessary. Mariondino Barolo DOCG is a balanced and persistent wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for over 10 years.
