Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Barolo Monvigliero DOCG is a wine produced in the Paolo Scavino cellar in Castiglione Falletto. The company came to life in 1921 and is currently one of the most popular realities in the Langhe area, thanks to the production of very fine wines. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines located at an altitude of 310 meters on soils rich in limestone and chalk which, together with the continental climate, are ideal elements for the cultivation of these vines. The grapes are grown in purity right inside the vineyard from which the label takes its name. The harvest is carried out with the utmost care and only the best bunches are selected to continue in the subsequent processing stages. The refinement takes place for the first 12 months in barriques and for the following 12 in large barrels. At the end of the maturation we proceed with the bottling and the subsequent placing on the market. Barolo Monvigliero DOCG is an enveloping and elegant wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
