Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Ballon
Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
The Barolo of the prestigious Piedmontese Prunotto winery is a red with a strong personality, a terroir wine with great longevity, which has obtained various national and international awards, including the 3 glasses of the Gambero Rosso Guide which defined it as an excellent wine. This wine, as required by the regulations, is the fruit of an autochthonous vine, Nebbiolo, grown in the Langhe area, where it has always found the ideal conditions to give its best. After a careful harvest of the best bunches, these, once in the cellar, follow the operations of destemming and crushing, then the must macerates and ferments in steel. Subsequently the Barolo is aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels of different capacities, after which it is bottled. Before being placed on the market, however, it is still aged in glass for a year. The result is an engaging and particularly rich red, which stands out for its great balance. A full-bodied, intense and austere wine, for a label with a full and velvety sip, rightly tannic.
