'Baron del Nero' Tuscany IGT Valvirginio 2017

Important wine that takes its name from an ancient mill, located along the Virginio stream that flows near our cellar, called precisely "Molino Baron del Nero". The flagship product of our IGT reds, born from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes which, vinified separately, undergo a further period of aging in wood for at least 12 months, after which they are blended and the product is bottled. The wine has a ruby red color with garnet wings. On the nose it is broad and refined where the sensation of red fruits blend with the notes of vanilla and spices, forming a particularly pleasant aromatic whole. On the palate it is soft, long and persistent, accompanied by a spicy aftertaste. It goes very well with tasty red meats such as the classic Florentine steak and game.
