The autochthonous grapes used for the production of this excellent distillate are selected in the area traditionally called GRAND BAS ARMAGNAC. The distillation takes place in continuous jet and low-yield stills, built in the last century. Aging still takes place today with the old vintage barrels housed in the historic cellar. Bottling takes place at the time of sale of the product. The color is golden with vermilion reflections, very bright. The scent is immediate: the undergrowth prevails on the nose. Subsequently, hints of prune and wood spread very well. On the palate, excellent liveliness and good roundness, dominant plum and vanilla. It is a very pleasant brandy, which still retains fresh and young aromas. To be recommended before moving on to older, more powerful and intense Armagnacs.
