Armagnac Single 12 ans d'age is a distillate capable of enclosing all the essence of Gascony, masterfully made by the Samalens distillery. For several generations this company in Laujuzan, not far from Bordeaux, has been producing excellent distillates. Nor is this Armagnac an exception, a brandy with controlled denomination AOC. The mild climate influenced by the Atlantic breeze is perfect for the development of vines such as Ugni Blanc, the basis of the distillate. The best grapes are carefully selected and subjected to the distillation process. The copper alembic used represents one of the most traditional elements of the production, following the continuous process. The product is then left to mature for 12 years in oak barrels. Once bottled, the spirit is allowed to age further and develop its own range of flavours. Armagnac Single 12 ans d'age has a soft and complex structure, for true connoisseurs.
