'Benefit' Pomino DOC Riserva Frescobaldi 2021

The white wine Pomino Riserva Benefizio from the Marchesi de' Frescobaldi winery is made exclusively with fine Chardonnay grapes. That Marchesi de' Frescobaldi is a winery that boasts a very long tradition that has lasted for over 30 generations and which has always been aimed at the production of quality wines. The Chardonnay vines grow on the Tuscan hills enjoying the excellent climatic conditions and the good fertility of the soils which allow us to obtain grapes of exceptional quality which translate into delicious wines. Particular attention is paid to the production cycle which starts with the harvest done exclusively by hand. We then move on to the malolactic fermentation which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to then carry out an aging first in French oak barriques and subsequently in the bottle. The final result is a delicate and refined wine which is characterized by an intense fruity and spicy aftertaste. This makes the Pomino Riserva Benefizio wine ideal for accompanying dinners with friends.
