Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Acquafredda Benevento Fiano IGT white wine from the Masseria Frattasi winery is obtained exclusively using Fiano grapes. The vineyards are located near Mount Taburno, in the municipality of Montesarchio in the Benevento area, where the very mild climate and the soils characterized by a calcareous and clayey structure ensure optimal development of the vines. For several generations, this winery has been involved in the production of quality wines, enhancing the area with organic crops and combining experience and innovation. The production of the Acquafredda Benevento Fiano IGT wine is treated with great care. The harvest begins in late September, when the bunches are perfectly ripe, and is done by hand to make a careful selection. After pressing, fermentation takes place in large steel tanks before proceeding to maturation for a long period in oak barrels, and then refined in the bottle. Perfectly balanced wine is indicated to be consumed as an aperitif or during a dinner.
