Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
Bernardina Nebbiolo D'Alba DOC Bio is a high quality red wine proposed by the Ceretto winery. The company follows the principles of organic farming. The label is one of the most typical of the Langhe, an area that has always been suited to wine production, developing on the rows located in Barolo. At the base of the wine, there are 100% Nebbiolo grapes, the best known and most prestigious red berried grape of Piedmont. The land where the vineyards grow has clayey soils rich in sand, ideal for viticulture. The harvest starts at the beginning of October, with the manual selection of the best grapes. Once the berries have been destemmed and the must has rested sufficiently, the refinement can begin. The wine is aged for 14 months in "used" barriques, in order to develop all the organoleptic characteristics with elegance, without being intrusive. Bernardina Nebbiolo D'Alba DOC Bio is a refined wine, with great structure and ready to drink, but it can rest and improve in the cellar for up to 5 years.
