Description
The Bianco Villa Gemma by Masciarelli Tenute Agricole is a wine of character that has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the authoritative journalist and wine critic James Suckling, who defined this white as an exceptional wine. A label of thick synthesis of the Abruzzo territory and an ancient winemaking tradition. This Bianco Colline Teatine IGT is part of the Villa Gemma line and is the result of a blend made up of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo (80%), Cococciola (15%) and Chardonnay (5%). Bianco Villa Gemma is the result of grapes harvested between the second half of September and the first 10 days of October. After harvesting, the bunches are vinified in steel tanks, then the wine ages in the same containers for a few months, after which it is bottled. It will be marketed only after another short period of maturation in glass. The result is a lively white that emerges for its interesting freshness, a wine of medium structure, intense and with a savory sip. Unmissable.
