Bianco di Nera is a young, fresh, elegantly fruity wine, and it is the sparkling wine of Milazzo that comes from inzolia, catarratto and other local native grapes. The grapes selected to guarantee only the best of the unmistakable characteristics of the territory of origin, are harvested and vinified in steel tanks and then pass to second fermentation in autoclaves for a short period, this short Charmat expertly made by the company, enhances the final product aromas and softness with an immediate impact that we find pleasantly in the glass. With a beautiful pale straw yellow color, with evident green reflections, this wine has a fine and complex nose, with a bouquet full of nuances ranging from white fruit to aromatic vegetables.
