Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Bianco Toscano IGT is a fresh and fragrant wine produced by the Valvirginio winery. To make this white, Trebbiano grapes are mainly vinified, a local variety that is very common in these areas, to which is added a small percentage of Malvasia Bianca. The vineyards are located in many municipalities of the appellation, including San Casciano and Montaione. From clay-based soils, the twenty-year-old vines draw maximum nourishment, thanks to a mineral profile of the substrate preserved through respectful work between the rows. The harvest takes place in the second ten days of September, which involves a manual selection of the bunches. In the cellar, the winemaking processes take advantage of numerous technological devices. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is left to age for at least 4 months in stainless steel. Bianco Toscano IGT is a ready-to-drink wine, ideal to be enjoyed shortly after bottling.
