'Biancosesto' Colli Orientali del Friuli DOP La Tunella 2020

The Biancosesto - La Tunella wine from the La Tunella winery is a white wine obtained from two native Friulian vines: Ribolla Gialla and Friulano. A label able to best represent its territory of origin. A result of half a century of history of its cellar, a company that without forgetting local traditions is capable of projecting itself into the future. The Biancosesto - La Tunella wine is excellent to drink immediately but if left to rest in the cellar for 4 or 5 years it is capable of a good evolution. Following the harvest, the grapes are subjected to a cryomaceration process for a day and a half, after which, once they are pressed, fermentation begins which takes place inside oak barrels. Bottling follows, rigorously carried out at the beginning of the summer season; finally the subsequent refinement in the bottle. This white has received important recognitions, including the five bunches of the Bibenda guide and the two glasses of the Gambero Rosso guide. An excellent product, with a good structure, intense and of great complexity.
