The Chapoutier Michel Bila Haut Rouge is a red wine, produced with Grenache, Carignan and Syrah grapes, classified AOC, Controlled Designation of Origin Côtes du Rhône. The story that links the Chapoutier family to wine began at the beginning of the 19th century, when the first vineyards were planted in the Rhône Valley, in South-West France. The cellar is now managed by Michel Chapounier, who cultivates his land according to the principles of biodynamics, a technique which aims to maintain a balance with the surrounding ecosystem, respecting it and not exploiting it. The harvest is rigorously carried out manually, respecting the winemaking tradition of the area. Chapoutier Michel Bila Haut Rouge is a wine suitable for daily consumption, both during a simple lunch and during a festive evening. It is a wine of character and well structured, appreciated for its simplicity, but not banal, certainly to always have available for every occasion.
