Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC Grattamacco 2019

The Bolgheri Rosso DOC from the renowned Tuscan winery Grattamacco is a red of great interest that has obtained various national and international awards. Excellent drunk today, it is exceptional left to rest in the cellar for several years. Fruit of a blend composed of the international Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Merlot (10%) and the autochthonous Sangiovese (10%), this wine is a true oenological pearl, which is characterized by its immediacy and for its balance. The Bolgheri Rosso DOC comes from a meticulous harvest of the grapes performed exclusively by hand, followed by a natural fermentation in wood, which takes place separately for each grape variety, after which the wine is assembled, then it is left to refine in barriques for 10 months, after which it is bottled. However, before being placed on the market, it is still aged for a few months in the bottle. The result is a label that stands out for its good aromatic concentration, a soft, intense and particularly fresh wine, a fine and structured red.
