Glass
Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

Spumante Bollè Cuvèe Brut is one of the flagships of the Andreola winery which has been producing wines from the Conegliano, Valdobbiadene and Cartizze area since 1984. We are right near Col San Martino, whose vineyards are located in an area with excellent minerals. It is made with a blend composed of 100% Glera grapes. It is a white grape variety, one of the fundamental components for the production of Prosecco. It is characterized by hazelnut-colored vines, a full-bodied and oblong bunch, a berry with a deep golden yellow color. The Glera vine has been told since the eighteenth century documents, through quotations from the writer Aureliano Acanti and the journalist Francesco Maria Malvolti. Bollè Cuvèe Brut is made with grapes fermented on indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature. After the second fermentation made according to the Charmat or Martinotti method, the product is ready to be served in an ice bucket, never in the fridge.
