'Bolonero' Castel del Monte Rosso DOC Torrevento 2019

The Bolonero red wine from the Torrevento winery is obtained thanks to a skilful blend of Nero di Troia grapes and Aglianico grapes. These vines, which are characterized by the production of grapes rich in personality and structure, have found in the soil of the province of Bari the ideal place to thrive and guarantee delicious fruits. For several generations this winery has worked with passion and dedication in the vineyard, combining modernity and tradition, to arrive at the production of wines characterized by a high quality level. The red Bolonero is distinguished by a production cycle which provides, after the harvest and fermentation, an aging that takes place exclusively in steel. At the end of the production we obtain a wine with a remarkable structure, powerful and savory, persistent and balanced. It is characterized by a slight aftertaste of aromas and spices.
