Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico DOC wine from the Masi winery is one of the most typical products of the Veronese wine scene, which best represents the character and flavor of the area. The name of the winery derives from the Masi valley, purchased in the 19th century by the Boscaini family who still manage the company today with great attention to safeguarding the old vineyards and the cultivation of the grapes which is carried out in the traditional way. The Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico DOC derives from a mix of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes which are grown on the hills north of Verona between the Alps and Lake Garda. The harvest is followed by fermentation in steel tanks and aging for 6 months in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels. The resulting product, perfect to drink immediately, is a red wine with a soft and enveloping taste that best accompanies every moment of conviviality thanks to its lightness and balanced structure.
