Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Bonera Nero D'Avola and Cabernet Franc from the prestigious Mandrarossa winery is an exceptional Sicilian red wine. An elegant label, of high quality, made in total respect of the winemaking tradition of Menfi. This wine comes from Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Franc red berried grapes and is the result of a careful study accompanied by a meticulous activity in the vineyard, which interprets the territory well, expressing an oenological Sicily synthesis of tradition and innovation. After the harvest, the grapes are processed in the cellar following a red vinification with maceration, after which the Bonera Nero D'Avola and Cabernet Franc is aged for 3 months in barrique, after which it is bottled. Before being placed on the market, however, it still ages in glass for another 4 months. The result is a harmonious and aromatic red, a wine with a good structure, intense and with a full sip. An extraordinary label with good longevity. A great wine.
