Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Bric Amel Langhe DOC is a white wine with delicate floral aromas, produced by the well-known Piedmontese winery Marchesi di Barolo . This label is the result of a blend that includes the native Arneis vine and the two international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The plots are located on the highest area of the Bric hill. Here the vines benefit enormously from the soils rich in limestone, sand and clay. When ripe, the healthiest bunches are carefully chosen during the manual harvest. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are pressed with great delicacy and then left to ferment at low temperatures inside stainless steel tanks. In the same containers the wine remains to refine for a few months. Bric Amel Langhe DOC is thought to be appreciated shortly after bottling, when the fresh varietal notes emerge clearly.
