Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Bric del Fiasc Barolo DOCG is a full-bodied and elegant red wine made by the Piedmontese winery Paolo Scavino . It is the result of the vinification of only grapes of the native Nebbiolo variety, grown in the Castiglione Falletto area. On the Sant'Agata marls of the vineyard that gives the wine its name, the vines find a perfect environment to produce elegant and structured grapes. Once fully ripe, the bunches are selected and harvested by hand. In the cellar, the processes begin with maceration on the skins, followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. For the subsequent phases, the company focuses on the use of French barriques, where the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains for a year to refine. A stay of another 12 months in large oak barrels gives complexity to the final result. Bric del Fiasc Barolo DOCG is a red with exceptional longevity, it can rest in the cellar for over 15 years.
