Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Bric del Marchese Nizza DOCG is a refined red wine made by the prestigious Coppo winery. Obtained from the exclusive vinification of Barbera grapes, a very representative variety of this area, this wine embodies a particular expression of the appellation. The Bric del Marchese vineyard is distinguished by the particularity of the land on which the vines grow. The substrate has unique characteristics, such as the richness of silt and clay. These elements give the berries structure and personality, while the exposure and the microclimate favor the perfect polyphenolic and sugar concentration. The grapes are carefully harvested and then transported to the cellar, where the vinification is inspired by a traditional production philosophy. The aging phase lasts at least one year and two months and takes place in French oak barriques. Even if it is excellent to drink immediately after bottling, Bric del Marchese Nizza DOCG can evolve for a few years, if properly stored in the cellar.
