Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG signed by the Cantina di Montalcino is a red wine that stands out for its intensity and structure. The Sangiovese Grosso grapes, destined to be vinified alone, are grown on different slopes of the hilly areas of the appellation. In this way, quality standards are ensured. The grapes are carefully selected to verify that they are intact and healthy. In the cellar, the vinification begins with maceration on the skins for twenty days and continues with fermentation at a controlled temperature. The refinement period, which lasts at least two years, involves the use of small Slavonian oak barrels. The result is a red wine rich in sensory facets, elegant, fragrant, tannic with the right amount and with an excellent structure that makes it suitable for important pairings. Excellent to drink immediately, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG can give surprises even after ten years of rest in the cellar.
