Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
This excellent Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is produced in the Corte dei Venti cellar, located in Montalcino. The company, with a family tradition, is an appreciated reality of the Tuscan territory and produces labels that are exported and appreciated all over the world. The grapes come from the Sangiovese Grosso vineyards grown on lands exposed to the South, rich in limestone, iron and mineral substances and enjoy particular climatic conditions, thanks to the absence of fog and the beneficial presence of breezes. The manual harvest takes place thanks to the selection of the best bunches, the subsequent fermentation takes place thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, followed by maceration on the skins for about 3 weeks. The maturation lasts a good 36 months and takes place in Slavonian oak barrels, while the final refinement is carried out in the bottle. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a structured and intense wine, of great elegance and class, ready today, but it can certainly evolve in the cellar even over 10 years.
