Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is produced in the Fuligni cellar, a company which, thanks to the love and great respect for the territory, has managed over the years to create highly prestigious labels. The grapes come from the Sangiovese vine, cultivated on soils mainly exposed to the South-East, rich in tuff and clay. The plants enjoy the Mediterranean climate typical of Tuscany, a land highly suited to wine growing. The harvest takes place manually through a careful selection of the grapes, the subsequent vinification takes place in stainless steel containers. Subsequently, we proceed with the permanence on the skins and the malolactic transformation, the final refinement is carried out in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels and lasts 36 months. Before being bottled and marketed, the wine requires a further period of refinement in stainless steel containers. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is an intense and elegant wine, tannic and structured, of great balance and longevity, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can also evolve in the cellar for over 10 years.
