Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG made by the Tuscan winery Il Poggione is an intense and elegant red wine. It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native Sangiovese variety. The plots are located near Sant'Angelo in Colle, a town that rises on the hills of Montalcino. The twenty-year-old vines are cultivated in the name of environmental sustainability and the preservation of the ecosystem. When the grapes are ripe, the manual harvest allows you to select only the best bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment in steel tanks. This phase, which coincides with the maceration on the skins, lasts a couple of weeks. Refinement follows, which lasts for three years and takes place in French oak barrels of various sizes. The process ends with a rest in glass after bottling. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG fully expresses its potential after a further evolution of about ten years.
