Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a wine that is born at the Le Macioche cellar in Montalcino. The main feature of the company is the biological system adopted, in order to produce labels capable of enhancing the territory, while protecting it. The grapes come from Sangiovese vines, grown on land located at 450 meters above sea level and exposed to the South/East and South/West, rich in clay and rocks. The training system adopted is the Guyot one. After the manual harvest, the bunches are carefully selected and destemmed. The next phase is that of pressing which is followed by careful vinification. The final refinement involves a period of 3 years in large oak barrels, at the end of which it is bottled and put on the market. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is an intense and structured wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can also rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
