Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG is a noble red wine produced by the Tuscan winery Fuligni . It is a valuable label, obtained exclusively from the Sangiovese grape and made only when the conditions of the grapes are perfect. In the best years, the cellar carefully selects the bunches that come from the oldest vines. The historical specimens of the owned vineyards bear fruit capable of achieving a unique sensory profile. Among the rows, the work is aimed at limiting the impact of man, to allow the vine to get the best out of the land until the harvest. In the cellar, after an alcoholic fermentation carried out in the traditional way, the refinement phase begins. As required by the disciplinary, the total resting time is five years, of which three and a half in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels. If stored with care, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG is a red wine designed to evolve over the decades, thanks to its exceptional longevity.
