Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Ayala "Brut Nature" is an important wine from Maison Ayala. A centuries-old estate, it was born and extends for about eighty hectares in the countryside of Aÿ in Champagne, the beating heart of wine production beyond the Alps. The temperate oceanic climate, with hot summers and mild winters, as well as the predominantly calcareous soil, allow the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines to thrive like nowhere else in the world. These grape varieties are the ones which characterize the entire area and which therefore also contribute to the creation of Ayala Champagnes. Champagne Ayala "Brut Nature", in particular, is made with 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. The wine follows the classic sparkling process of the Champenoise Method and, before being ready for the final bottling, it spends a good 48 months refining in the cellar on first choice yeasts which integrate and complete the refinement of this extraordinary wine, making it complex and balanced. The end result is a pure, clean, decisive, very dry champagne, which does not make discounts, but also for this reason it is extremely fine and elegant, with a very delicate perlage, an almost silky bubble, not at all aggressive; the term Nature highlights precisely the fact that there is no dosage of sugar (as normally occurs for the other versions, i.e. Brut, Extra Brut, Dry, etc.).
