Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Bussia Barolo DOCG is a refined red wine from the Ceretto winery, a production company that has been cultivating vineyards in the Langhe and Roero for decades. The wine takes its name from the most renowned vineyard of Monforte d'Alba, namely the Bussia Soprana, a true Cru. This vineyard, where the Nebbiolo grapes are grown, which are then vinified alone, boasts an excellent southern exposure and sits on a perfect geological substrate to give sustenance to the vines, whose average age is around twenty-five years. In order to obtain a natural product, the vineyards have organic certification. Once the grapes have been carefully selected, the process continues with a fermentation in steel and a two-year aging in large oak barrels. Bussia Barolo DOCG can be enjoyed when young to savor its varietal aromas, i.e. typical of Nebbiolo, but it has the potential to age up to many years in the cellar.
