Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The C'D'C' Rosato Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC is a rosé wine with enchanting aromas and a fresh and surprising flavour. It is certainly a particular product, a real bet by the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery, a young Sicilian company whose objective is to make known the wonders of its land. The vineyards find their location around the baglio, or rather the typical building of the Sicilian countryside. On rolling hills in the province of Agrigento, 300 meters above sea level, various grape varieties are grown, including Nero d'Avola, one of Sicily's distinctive grape varieties. The grapes are harvested at the end of August and taken to the cellar for destemming. After a short maturation on the skins, pressing and then cold fermentation follow. Finally, the must undergoes a period of refinement in steel for four months and a further two months in the bottle. Thus was born the C'D'C' Rosato Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC , a rosé wine with fresh and inviting aromas, which expresses in the glass all the essence of a native Sicilian vine, whose processing has been revisited and made different and suggestive.
