Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
C'D'C' Rosso Terre Siciliane PGI is a prestigious label from the Sicilian winery Baglio del Cristo di Campobello . It is obtained with a perfectly balanced blend of Nero D'Avola, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, present in equal parts. The vineyards are located in the hinterland of Licata, in a hilly area at about 250 meters above sea level. Thanks to the Mediterranean and breezy climate, the grapes are able to make the most of the calcareous and chalky soils. This substrate gives the grapes a marked minerality, which the company intends to maintain through a minimalist approach. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified with maceration on the skins for two weeks. This phase, which takes place rigorously at a controlled temperature, is followed by a six-month refinement in steel and a rest of another six months in the bottle. C'D'C' Rosso Terre Siciliane PGI is an elegant red wine, which represents one of the points of excellence of the island's enology and can also be enjoyed after a couple of years of rest in the cellar.
