Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Cabernet Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC is an intense red wine produced by the Hofstatter winery, intent on paying homage to the uniqueness of the Dolomites area. This is the case of this label, obtained from the vinification of grapes of the international Cabernet Sauvignon variety, in which the role of the terroir clearly emerges. The vines are grown in the surroundings of Termeno, a place where they can count on optimal conditions for healthy and luxuriant growth. The meticulous work between the rows culminates in the September harvest, with a selection of the best bunches. In the cellar, the winemaking process is aimed at preserving the typical varietal scents of the vine. This is reflected in the choice to use only steel tanks, where the grapes are left to ferment and then to refine until the following spring. Cabernet Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC can be tasted immediately, as well as left to evolve for a few years in the cellar.
