Cabernet Sauvignon Bottega Vinai Trentino DOC is an elegant red wine from the Cavit winery. The label is the result of the exclusive vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, an international black grape variety that stands out for its unmistakable vegetal scents. The plots are located on the hills of Vallagarina, not far from the Adige river which helps to create a unique microclimate. By virtue of the mineral richness of the substrate, the grapes acquire a marked finesse and grow healthy until the harvest with manual selection of the best bunches. In the cellar, the vinification begins with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks. The subsequent refinement involves a rest of a few months both in barriques and in small Slavonian oak barrels. Excellent already after bottling, Cabernet Sauvignon Bottega Vinai Trentino DOC can reserve pleasant surprises even after 2-3 years of further evolution in the cellar.
