From the experience of the Cantina di Caldaro comes Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva 'Campaner', a red with strong tones that encloses the spirit of its area of birth. The grapes that will give life to the Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva 'Campaner' are born in the South Tyrolean hills, characterized by a pebbly and calcareous soil, well drained and rich in clay, which is excellent for cultivation. The grapes are carefully selected and fermented for two weeks before proceeding with aging in barriques, which will last 16 months for optimal bottling. The climate of the production year gave birth to grapes with very high levels of quality and potential, which contributed to creating a refined and qualitatively excellent product. The red Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva 'Campaner' has a full and rich taste on the palate, full-bodied and suitable for aging, which makes it perfect for a lunch with friends or for a classic tasting.
