Vinopuro's advices

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT is an important red wine produced by Campo alle Comete , a much appreciated reality of Bolgheri viticulture. This label represents an example of how an international vine such as Cabernet Sauvignon manages to express itself elegantly in these very suitable territories. The vineyards, owned by the company, arise on fertile land for the cultivation of vines. In this area, the microclimate is perfect, thanks to the temperature variations between day and night and the winds arriving from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Following a careful harvest, only the best grapes reach the cellar, where they are left to ferment for three weeks in large steel tanks. Once this stage is completed, 50% of the wine remains in steel for 6 months of ageing, while the other half is placed in French oak barriques and tonneaux. Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT is a wine with a certain structure, very rich, intense, it gives a pleasant sensation of heat, it is round, soft and the typical herbaceous varietal note of the vine prevails. It can age in the cellar for a few years.
