'Cabernet Sauvignon' Trentino DOC Endrizzi 2020

Cabernet Sauvignon Trentino DOC is an intense red wine, made by the Endrizzi winery, a winery that is characterized by the desire to pay homage to the terroir of the area, but also to international vines. In this label, this philosophy is found in the choice to vinify only Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, a very common variety in other areas of the Triveneto and in the world, but less cultivated at the foot of the Dolomites. To obtain excellent qualitative results, at the end of the summer the production in the vineyard is concentrated only on the best bunches, which are then further selected during the traditional harvest. In the cellar, the processes begin with maceration on the skins which lasts for a week. The fermentation involves the use of steel, while the refinement takes place inside large oak barrels and lasts at least a year, reaching up to a maximum of 14 months. Ready to drink, Cabernet Sauvignon Trentino DOC can still reserve pleasant surprises even after a few years of correct aging in the cellar.
