Cabernet Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT Lis Neris 2020

Cabernet Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT is a deep red wine from the Lis Neris winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in the areas between San Lorenzo Isontino and Marano del Friuli. On the plateau soils with gravelly and calcareous substrates, the vines meet the ideal conditions for a luxuriant development, thanks also to the Guyot cultivation system, aimed at optimizing sun exposure. When they reach maturity, the grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard before the harvest. In the cellar, the work begins with fermentation with short maceration, which takes place in stainless steel tanks for no more than 10 days. Once this phase is completed, it is aged in French oak barrels, where the wine remains for at least 6 months. Cabernet Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT is a red that can be appreciated immediately, as well as after 3-4 years of evolution in the cellar.
