Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The white San Martino della Battaglia Friulano DOC Campo del Soglio proposed by the Lombard winery Podere Selva Capuzza, famous both for its wines and for the environmentally friendly management of its vineyards, each property is also a no hunting area. A successful wine that has received several awards from wine critics, not least from the Gambero Rosso guide. This label, produced for the first time in 1988, comes from the vinification of 100% Tocai grapes, the result of specially kept vines with a very low production yield. After a careful manual harvest, the bunches arranged in boxes are transported to the cellar, where they are softly pressed, once the operation is completed, the must follows a fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequently, the San Martino della Battaglia Friulano DOC Campo del Soglio is bottled. Before being marketed, it ages in glass for two months. The finished product is an elegant and fine label. A clean and linear white for a balanced and intriguingly subtle wine.
