Description
Sherry Cream Canasta is a liqueur wine that vividly expresses its Spanish soul. Son of the creativity and centenary experience of Bodegas William & Humbert, it is produced in Andalusia. It was born precisely in Jerez de la Frontera from vineyards bathed by the Guadalete and Guadalquivir rivers and heated by the intense sun of southern Spain. The secret of Sherry Cream Canasta lies in the original blend that composes it: its nectar derives from the union of quality Pedro Ximénez grapes and Oloroso wine obtained from Palomino grapes. The two vines, among the most prestigious in the whole nation, are mixed and aged together following the traditional Soleras method which consists precisely in this aging phase, carried out in oak barrels (Criaderas), with successive decanting over the years, in total at least 6 and helps to further enhance the aromas and nuances of this particular Andalusian sherry. With its balanced structure and its inviting and velvety drinkability, it can be enjoyed both on special occasions and in everyday life as an excellent drink or dessert wine.
